From insight to intervention – six ways we can help
Every Corporate Attachment® engagement draws from the same framework - applied to your specific context, challenge, and people. No two organizations present the same relational landscape, and no two engagements are identical. What follows is a guide to the forms that work can take.
Every engagement begins by understanding what is actually
driving the challenge - not the presenting symptom. We do
not reach for tools before we understand the terrain.
ALWAYS PRESENT
The Corporate Attachment® lens
Regardless of the service, the framework is the constant.
Attachment science informs how we read what we see, how
we design the intervention, and how we measure what
shifts.
ALWAYS THE GOAL
Sustainable change, not temporary relief
We are not interested in interventions that hold for a
quarter. The work is designed to build relational capacity
that persists - because it is understood, not just
practiced.
Every service is a different entry point to the same work.
The framework is constant.
The application is always tailored to what you are actually dealing with.

Business Consulting ORGANIZATIONAL ENGAGEM ENT
Organisational improvement and/or intervention
Most organizations arrive at this service having already tried the standard interventions - restructures, leadership programs, communications initiatives, new performance frameworks. Some of those things helped. None of them resolved the underlying problem, because the underlying problem was relational, and those tools were not built for it.
Business consulting through the Corporate Attachment® framework begins with organizational diagnosis - mapping where relational breakdown is occurring, what attachment dynamics are driving it, and how those dynamics have embedded themselves in the culture, the leadership behaviour, and the operational rhythms of the organization. From that diagnosis, we design and deliver a structured engagement that addresses the root cause
rather than the symptom.
The leader who wants to understand themselves before they lead others
Most leadership development starts with skills. Corporate Attachment® starts earlier - with the person. Before a leader can read their team accurately, they need to understand how their own attachment coding shapes what they perceive, how they respond, and what they inadvertently communicate to the people around them.
This is one-to-one work - developmental, direct, and grounded in the reality of the leader's actual professional context. It is not generic coaching methodology. It is an attachment- informed process that builds the self-attunement that makes everything else in leadership possible. Leaders who do this work become more responsive and less reactive. They become the kind of leader their teams can trust - not because they perform trust, but because they
understand it.
When the rupture is real and the standard process has failed
Most workplace conflict mediation works on the surface - it addresses the incident, the words exchanged, the formal grievance. It often produces a temporary settlement. What it rarely produces is actual repair, because it does not go to the relational root of what happened.
Corporate Attachment® mediation works differently. By mapping the attachment dynamics of each party before bringing them together, we arrive at the mediation already understanding what each person actually needs — not just what they are demanding. The Workplace Relationship Agreement methodology then structures a process that moves from understanding to explicit, co-created agreement. The agreements that emerge from this process hold, because they are built on genuine relational comprehension rather than reluctant compromise.
Understanding the relational landscape your team actually inhabits
Most team development programmes work on behaviour - communication styles, collaboration tools, conflict resolution protocols. These things have value. But they operate at the level of what people do, rather than what drives them to do it. When the attachment dynamics beneath a team's behaviour are unmapped, even excellent training produces temporary results.
Team optimization through Corporate Attachment® begins by mapping the relational architecture of the team - the attachment styles in the room, where they create friction and where they create strength, what the team's collective relational patterns are and how those patterns show up under pressure. From that map, we design targeted interventions that build
Bringing the framework to a room and making it land
Dr. Silva has presented the Corporate Attachment® framework to audiences across North America - at leadership conferences, organizational retreats, HR summits, and institutional
events. The consistent feedback is that the content is simultaneously intellectually rigorous and immediately applicable. People leave not just having learned something, but having understood something about themselves that changes how they will work with others.
Speaking and facilitation engagements are tailored to the audience, the context, and the outcomes the organizer is seeking. A keynote for a leadership conference looks different from a half-day workshop for a senior team. What remains constant is the framework, the quality of the content, and the commitment to leaving the room in a different state than it entered.
The cost of a relational mismatch rarely shows up on a job description
Most recruitment processes are designed to assess competence, experience, and cultural fit - the last of these typically measured through gut feel and a few behavioural questions. What
they do not assess is relational fit: whether the attachment dynamics of the incoming person will create friction or strength in the specific relational landscape of the team they are joining.
Recruitment SOS brings the Corporate Attachment® lens to hiring decisions and onboarding processes - helping organizations understand not just whether a candidate can do the job, but whether the relational conditions exist for them to do it well. It is particularly valuable for senior appointments, where the cost of a relational mismatch is highest, and for teams that have recently experienced turnover driven by relational rather than performance factors.
A 15–30 minute call to understand what you are dealing with, what you have already tried, and what outcomes you are looking for. No obligation. The goal is mutual clarity - for both parties - about whether this engagement makes sense.
Based on the initial conversation, we identify the most appropriate service and design a tailored engagement. You receive a clear quotation - scope, process, timeline, and investment - before any commitment is made.
Work begins with individual mapping - the people who will be part of the engagement are assessed for their attachment orientation. This diagnostic phase is not separate from the intervention. It is the foundation it rests on.
The agreed engagement is delivered with structured checkpoints. We do not disappear after a workshop. Follow-through is built into every engagement because change is a process, not an event.
