Meet Abby Silva

MACP RCC Founder of Corporate Attachment ®
CEO, CAAS Workplace Solutions Incorporated
Workplace Relationship Specialist | Mediator | Author | Presenter | Developer of Corporate Attachment®
Born in South Africa under the Apartheid regime, my work is grounded in a lifelong commitment to human dignity, restoration, and resilience. Over the past three decades, I have worked across clinical, humanitarian, and organizational settings globally—supporting individuals and systems navigating complexity, trauma, and high-stakes relational environments.
My experience includes frontline trauma response following the Swiss Air 111 tragedy, post-tsunami support in Sri Lanka, advocacy work in South Africa, and leadership roles in restorative justice and victim services in Canada.Today, I bring that depth into the corporate space. She is also the founder of The Integrated Leader Project, developing leaders who are internally aligned and equipped to lead with clarity under pressure.

I help organizations understand a critical truth:
Workplace challenges are rarely just operational—they are relational.
Through my Corporate Attachment® framework, I identify how individuals relate to:

  • Work

  • Authority

  • Performance

  • One another

These patterns drive:

  • Conflict

  • Burnout

  • Leadership inconsistency

  • Team dysfunction

What I Do

I work with leaders, teams, and organizations to:

  • ✔ Repair relational breakdown at its root
  • ✔ Strengthen leadership alignment
  • ✔ Build relational competency across systems
  • ✔ Transform conflict into functional outcomes

As a workplace mediator, I use my structured approach:

Workplace Relationship Agreements (WRA)

A WRA functions as a stabilizing cast on a broken relationship—creating clarity, accountability, and a pathway forward until healthy ways of relating become the norm.
