I am committed to supporting others to see conflict as working material that can be utilized to bring about solutions both in personal relationships and teams. With over 33 years of experience in dealing with human complexities, I use evidence-based techniques to assist individuals to understand themselves and others in the context of their environment. My business, leadership and mediation training come together with my accomplishment in the field of clinical psychology to offer a powerful solution-based package for corporate teams.

My training in conflict resolution and my deep understanding of the human psyche allow me to identify the injury and conflict spots in individual and corporate relationships. I work with leaders, managers and employees, supporting them to become self-attuned so they are able to cultivate safe and trusting relationships in the workplace.

Through years of leadership exposure and experience, I am able to work with both small and large organizations.  I am able to employ my knowledge of family attachment histories to support individuals out of distress and chaos into healthy ways of relating, and ultimately, into harmonious and productive partnerships.

My book 31 Days-Strengthening Your Mental and Emotional Health, soon to be released in its second edition, has become an effective tool in supporting individuals to address personal growth barriers and achieve the quality of life they desire.

When teams are relationally strengthened and anchored, their ability and capacity to take healthier risks increases. Collaboration improves as they move toward and achieve the vision and goals of the organization.
